Holiday park De Zeegser Duinen is a park under construction and will be completed in phases. Phase 1 of the project has now been completed, construction is currently going on for Phase 2 of the park, an extension with sustainable SuiteLodges, so that a total of 30 recreational homes will be ready on the park at the beginning of 2021. Phase 3, the construction of the preserved VillaLodges (final construction phase) has also started. We are doing our utmost to keep inconvenience to a minimum. PLEASE NOTE: the construction activities will also take place during the holidays and at weekends.
Layout
The living room is very comfortably furnished and has a beautiful light through the large, glass facade opening. Here you will find a cozy sitting area with flat screen TV and a dining table. The modern kitchen is very complete and equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and combi microwave.
On either side of the living room you will find two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
Both bedrooms can be opened and closed from the living room by means of sliding doors. The first bedroom has an adjustable high / low single bed and offers an adapted bathroom with shower stretcher, shower seat, adapted washbasin and extended toilet. You will also find an extra sofa bed in this bedroom, which is suitable for a child up to 12 years old. The second bedroom has a double bed, shower and separate toilet.
As an extra the lodge offers a storage room where for example a wheelchair can be placed.
Through the large glass sliding door you enter the spacious garden (668 m2) with terrace and sitting area. A nice place to enjoy the tranquility, surrounded by greenery. You will find a lovely wood-fired hottub and an outdoor fireplace where you can barbecue, grill or warm up after a long walk. The Suitelodge has a large sunshade that can be opened on sunny days.
Please note: the hottub does not offer special facilities for disabled guests.
The entire Suitelodge is on the ground floor and has its own parking space. At Park de Zeegser Duinen you will find two charging stations for electric cars.
The Suitelodge is equipped with solar panels and is heated by infrared electric heating.
Pets are allowed.
In the neighborhood
Holiday park de Zeegser Duinen is being developed at a unique location in the middle of the Drentsche Aa nature reserve, an unspoilt part of the Netherlands in the north of Drenthe. Here you can enjoy walking, cycling, horseback riding or picnicking along the centuries-old brook. Cities such as Groningen and Assen are easy to reach and are just a 15 - 20 minute drive away; ideal for visiting museums, a day of shopping or a pleasant dinner in one of the many restaurants.
