Back in the day, the crossbow was used by the Romans and the Chinese. And now it's your turn. Our instructor will guide you and make sure you have the right pose and technique. Crossbow shooting requires precision, composure, and utmost concentration. After practicing a few times, you will start target shooting, trying to score as many points as possible.
